Pennsylvania Farmhouse, with remote Domestic Heat-Power Module

 

Fred's father was an Architech, and Fred began working on contract drawings when he was 10 years old. He has designed a few single family dwellings, as well as numerous additions to residential properties, as illustrated below.

17th Century Farmhouse, (1693)

Authentic addition to a 17th Century house, near Philadelphia PA) with open beam / joist construction, hand laid plaster walls, etc.  Handicap access provided.

A compact home located in rural area on a flood plain.  All structure (except masonry foundation) mounted 30 inches above 100 year flood level.
